BAIC Motor Corporation Limited has announced that Mr. Liu Guanqiao will step down as a non-executive Director and member of the strategy and sustainability committee, effective from 22 August 2024, due to work adjustments. He confirmed there were no disagreements leading to his resignation. The board has proposed Mr. Peng Jin, a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the automobile industry, as his replacement subject to shareholder approval at the general meeting.
