BAIC Motor Corporation Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhang Ran, the chairman of the Board of Supervisors, effective from September 20, 2024, due to work adjustments. Mr. Zhang’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements or undisclosed issues that shareholders should be concerned about.
