Babytree Group Schedules Crucial EGM for Auditor Change

Babytree Group (HK:1761) has released an update.

Babytree Group has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on August 31, 2024, where shareholders will consider the removal of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as the company’s auditors and re-elect Mr. HUANG Zhenwu as a non-executive Director. Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. The company has made provisions for proxy voting and reminds shareholders that physical attendance is not necessary for exercising voting rights.
