BabyTree Group has announced an expected delay in the publication of their 2024 Interim Results and the despatch of the 2024 Interim Report, due to ongoing issues referenced in previous announcements. The company is in the process of appointing Crowe as their new auditor, pending the outcome of an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for August 31, 2024. Meanwhile, trading of BabyTree Group’s shares on the Stock Exchange remains suspended since May 2, 2023.
