BabyTree Group announced that all resolutions proposed at their Extraordinary General Meeting on August 31, 2024, were approved by shareholders, including the removal of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as auditors and the re-election of Mr. HUANG Zhenwu as a non-executive director. The company’s shares will remain suspended from trading since May 2, 2023, with further updates to be provided in accordance with Listing Rules. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
