BabyTree Group announced that all resolutions proposed at their Extraordinary General Meeting on August 31, 2024, were approved by shareholders, including the removal of Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as auditors and the re-election of Mr. HUANG Zhenwu as a non-executive director.
