B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc, a private equity investor, has acquired a significant 25.5% shareholding in Volt UW HoldCo Ltd, a new managing general agency specializing in energy insurance. The investment includes up to £2.5 million in funding, aiming to build Volt into a premier, client-focused MGA in the energy sector. The experienced leadership team at Volt, with a combined expertise of over 75 years, has secured A-rated capacity from Lloyd’s, and with B.P. Marsh’s support, they plan to expand Volt’s global energy business portfolio.
