B.P. Marsh & Partners plc (GB:BPM) has released an update.
B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc, a specialist private equity investor, has actively bought back 6,400 of its own shares at a uniform price of 498p per share, which will be held in Treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company is now 37,226,430. This buyback is part of a previously announced Share Buyback Programme aimed at managing the company’s share capital effectively.
