B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc has executed a share buyback on October 7, 2024, purchasing 4,231 Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 536p per share. These shares will be added to the treasury, bringing the total held in treasury to 207,691, while the total number of shares in issue, including those in treasury, now stands at 37,084,540. This buyback is part of a previously announced program and affects the total voting rights, which shareholders use to assess their notification requirements.
