Marsh & Partners Plc has expanded its portfolio by acquiring a 44% stake in CEE Specialty s.r.o., a specialist in Marine Hull, Bonds, and Liability Insurance in Central and Eastern Europe, for €3.3 million to support a management buy-out. This strategic partnership aligns with B.P. Marsh’s investment strategy, enabling CEE Specialty’s management team to gain majority control and drive the company’s growth and diversification in the insurance sector.
