Marsh & Partners Plc, an investor in early-stage financial services, has scheduled its AGM for 23 July 2024, to be conducted both in-person and online via the Investor Meet Company platform, where shareholders can submit questions in advance. Additionally, the company has announced a name change for its Nominated Adviser and Broker to Panmure Liberum Limited, following a corporate merger. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy and register for the event online.
