B.Duck Semk Holdings International Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting to be held in Shenzhen, China, on September 3, 2024, where shareholders will vote on a series of contractual arrangements known as Structured Contracts. The proposed agreements include technical service, option, loan, and equity interest pledge agreements, among others, which require shareholder approval. The company has empowered its directors to execute necessary documents to implement the transactions contemplated under these Structured Contracts.
