Azure Minerals Set for Acquisition and Delisting

Azure Minerals Limited (AU:AZS) has released an update.

Azure Minerals Limited has announced the approval by the Supreme Court of Western Australia for its acquisition by SH Mining Pty Ltd, with shareholders set to receive $3.70 per share through a scheme of arrangement. Following the court’s approval, trading of Azure shares on the ASX will be suspended from the close of trading on 2 May 2024. The company will be officially delisted from the ASX on 10 May 2024, as part of the acquisition process by the joint bidders.
