Aya Gold & Silver Inc. successfully held its annual general meeting, where all the management’s nominated directors were elected by a significant majority. Shareholders also approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as the auditor and authorized the directors to set their remuneration. Additionally, resolutions to amend the Stock Option Plan and Restricted Share Unit Plan received strong support, with over 76% and 98% of votes in favor, respectively.
