Aya Gold & Silver Inc. has announced its strategic move to spin out its Amizmiz Gold Project in Morocco and grant an option on the Tijirit Project in Mauritania to the newly formed Mx2 Mining, a gold venture poised for growth in North Africa. Aya will become a key investor in Mx2 with a $1 million investment and will hold majority shares and board representation. The creation of Mx2 is expected to bolster regional gold mining prospects with significant resource potential and an experienced leadership team.
