Axiom Properties Limited has announced that Ian James Laurance AM has ceased to be a director of the company as of June 30, 2024. Laurance had an indirect interest through Seamist Pty Ltd, with 5,250,000 ordinary fully paid shares. No further interests in securities or contracts were disclosed in the Final Director’s Interest Notice.
