Axington Inc. successfully passed an ordinary resolution during their Extraordinary General Meeting on June 14, 2024, with a unanimous vote in favor of the proposed extension of time. The voting results were validated by CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd., with no abstentions required by any parties. Details of the EGM will be published on SGXNet within a month.
