AXCAP Ventures Inc. has announced a private placement aiming to raise up to $150,000 by offering 2 million common shares at $0.075 each. The proceeds from this offering, expected to close by the end of June 2024, are designated for further investments and general corporate purposes. The shares, available under certain conditions without a hold period, will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act and cannot be sold within the U.S. without registration or an exemption.
