Awilco Drilling PLC has announced the successful exercise of 10,136,819 warrants, leading to the issuance of the same number of new Sponsored Norwegian Depository Receipts (SNDRs). This exercise increases the total number of outstanding SNDRs to 24,754,954. The company confirmed this update in a recent stock exchange release.
