Aware Super Acquires 5.01% Stake in G.U.D. Holdings

G.U.D. Holdings (AU:AOV) has released an update.

G.U.D. Holdings has announced that Aware Super Pty Ltd, now a substantial holder, has acquired a 5.01% voting power in the company, consisting of 7,054,599 fully paid ordinary (FPO) shares. The acquisition positions State Street Australia Limited as the registered holder of the mentioned securities. The financial details of the transaction, which are referenced in Annexure A, include both cash and non-cash considerations.
