Avira Resources Ltd has increased its stake in the Puolalaki project in Sweden to 51% after fulfilling Stage 2 Earn-in requirements and has raised $805,000 in an oversubscribed placement to fund further exploration and due diligence. The company is now evaluating the next steps, which include extensive geophysical exploration programs and potential gold mineralization, in addition to the base metals already being investigated.
