AviChina Industry & Technology Co has announced the approval of the 2023 final dividend at the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), with a payout of RMB 0.088 per share scheduled for June 28, 2024. Shareholders registered by June 5, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend, which is subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders. The company has also made provisions for tax preferential treatments under relevant tax agreements between China and other countries, including Hong Kong and Macau.
