AVIC Joy Holdings (HK) Limited is facing the cancellation of its stock listing by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after failing to meet the requirements set out in the Resumption Guidance. The company is considering a review of the Listing Committee’s decision to delist, which is currently slated to take effect on 2 July 2024. Trading of the company’s shares has been suspended since 29 November 2022 and will remain halted until further notice.
