Avenira Limited (AU:AEV) has released an update.
In a recent update, Avenira Limited has reported a change in the interests of director Kevin Dundo. The notification reveals that Dundo, through an indirect interest in Dunes Corporation Pty Ltd, exercised 260,416 options at $0.022 each which expired on April 30, 2024. Post the transaction, Dundo continues to indirectly hold over 7 million shares and 12 million options in Avenira Limited, with expiration dates in October 2025.
