Avenira Limited has announced a strategic reorganization of its leadership, appointing Mr. Mo Yang as the new Chairman and CEO to advance its Yellow Phosphorous and Lithium Iron Phosphate projects. The leadership shake-up also includes Mr. Brett Clark transitioning to Deputy Executive Chairman and the appointments of Ms. Ran Mo and Mr. Shixing Zhang as Executive and Non-Executive Directors, respectively. These changes reflect Avenira’s growth objectives and its alignment with investor Hebang Biotechnology’s strategic interests.
