Avarga Limited has announced a significant reorganization of its leadership structure following the retirement of Ms. Chan Lay Hoon, a former director and committee member. The company’s Board, Audit, and Risk Management Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nominating Committee have been restructured, with new appointments including Tong Kooi Ong as Executive Chairman and Lai Ven Li as the new Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
