Avanti Helium Corp. successfully finalized the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $676,908 through the issuance of over 1.6 million units at $0.40 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. These funds are earmarked for the development of the Company’s Helium Recovery Plant in Montana and general working capital. The offering, which is still awaiting final approvals, has also entailed finder’s fees consisting of cash and additional share purchase warrants.
