Avanti Energy (TSE:AVN) has released an update.
Avanti Helium Corp. has announced an increase in their non-brokered private placement from 2,000,000 to 2,200,000 units, indicative of a $550,000 raise, to support ongoing project costs and general capital needs. Each unit includes a share and a warrant, with CEO Chris Bakker participating significantly in the offering, which is subject to regulatory approval.
