Avanti Gold Corp. has announced a strategic acquisition of MTM Ltd., a company holding prospecting rights for gold in the Kraaipan Greenstone Belt, spanning approximately 90 hectares in Northwest South Africa. This transaction, involving an exchange of 29 million common shares, will significantly enhance Avanti Gold’s asset portfolio within a notable mining jurisdiction. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and marks a non-fundamental, non-control changing expansion for Avanti Gold.
