Avanti Gold Corporation is embarking on a $2 million private placement to fund exploration activities and general corporate expenses. The placement involves issuing 16 million units that include a common share and a purchase warrant, with each warrant buyable for an additional share at a set price over the next two years. The proceeds will primarily support the Misisi Project in the DRC, where the company has previously invested over $30 million in identifying promising gold deposits.
