Avant Technologies (AVAI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
Avant Technologies, Inc. has appointed Angela Harris as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective February 1, 2024. Harris, who is not related to any company directors or executive officers and owns less than 5% of the company’s common stock, will join the Senior Management Team without serving on the board.
