Avance Gas Holding has delivered the ninth VLGC, Mistral, to BW LPG Ltd, receiving 1.35 million shares in BW LPG and $20.5 million in cash. Following this transaction, Avance Gas holds a 9.35% ownership stake in BW LPG with 14.441 million shares. Three more vessels are scheduled for delivery later this month.
