Autosports Group Expands with New Share Issue

Autosports Group Ltd (AU:ASG) has released an update.

Autosports Group Limited has issued 1,436,781 new ordinary shares in connection with the acquisition of B S Stillwell Motor Group Pty Ltd, as detailed in their recent ASX announcements. The shares are part of the purchase consideration for the 100 percent stake acquired by Autosports’ subsidiary, ASG Investment Holdings Pty Ltd. This move aims to strengthen the company’s position in the automotive sector and the shares will be quoted on the ASX under the code ASG.
