AutoCanada Announces CFO Transition

AutoCanada (TSE:ACQ) has released an update.

AutoCanada Inc. has announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Azim Lalani for personal reasons, effective June 30, 2024. Lalani will be succeeded by Samuel Cochrane, an experienced financial executive with a track record of driving business transformations. The company, a major automobile dealership group with over 6 billion CAD in 2023 revenue, remains focused on its Project Elevate initiatives.
