Australian Potash Limited has successfully emerged from Voluntary Administration, with a Deed of Company Arrangement approved by creditors leading to a restructured balance sheet. The company has also completed a capital raise of $2.98 million through a Prospectus offer and is now poised to recommence drilling operations at Lake Wells and to continue the Nexus rare earth project. Additionally, an application for reinstatement of APC shares on the ASX trading platform has been made, marking a significant step towards the company’s financial recovery.
