Australian Pacific Coal’s Capital Raising Move

Australian Pacific Coal Limited (AU:AQC) has released an update.

Australian Pacific Coal Limited has launched a capital raising initiative composed of a $9.6 million placement to institutional investors and an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer for eligible shareholders at $0.12 per share. This effort aims to fund the company’s share of a $20 million debt facility, support general working capital needs, and cover associated fees. Eligible retail shareholders can participate in the offer, which is open until 24 October 2024, but only if they act within this timeframe as entitlements are non-transferable and will lapse if not taken up.
