Austin Metals Limited has reported a change in the holdings of director Sonu Cheema, who has both direct and indirect interests in the company. Cheema’s direct interests remained unchanged at 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares, while his indirect holdings through ACYCT PTY LTD consist of 4,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 2,000,000 unquoted options. The notice also disclosed the expiry of 1,500,000 Class A and B performance rights and incentive options previously held by Cheema.
