Austin Gold Corp. has successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting with over half of its shares represented, where shareholders overwhelmingly voted in favor of the election of directors and other key proposals including appointing Manning Elliott LLP as auditors. The company, which is engaged in gold exploration in the southwestern United States, has highlighted its commitment to growing its presence in Nevada and Oregon with significant exploration projects underway.
