Austco Healthcare Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Clayton Astles, who disposed of 400,000 Ordinary Shares between May 28 and May 30, 2024, for a total consideration of $74,945.73. Prior to the change, Astles held over 2.4 million Ordinary Shares, 2.7 million unlisted options, and 677,486 unlisted Performance Rights, some through direct and others through indirect interests.
