Mena Habib, a director at AustChina Holdings Limited, has significantly increased his stake in the company without disposing of any shares, acquiring 20,000,000 options on top of the 2,000,000 ordinary shares he already indirectly held. This change in director’s interest, following shareholder approval, occurred on 24 June 2024 and was conducted during a closed period with prior written clearance. The options were issued with no cash consideration involved.
