Austal Limited (AU:ASB) has released an update.
Austal Limited is calling on its shareholders to vote on company matters by lodging a proxy form ahead of the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 1, 2024. Shareholders have the option to appoint proxies online, by mail, fax, or in person, and must do so 48 hours prior to the meeting. Important resolutions to be voted on include the adoption of the remuneration report and election of board members.
