Austal Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with Chris Indermaur retiring after six years and the appointment of Brent Cubis as a non-executive director. Cubis brings a wealth of international finance and corporate governance experience from his roles in various large companies and non-profits. The company praised Indermaur for his contributions during a period of significant growth and transformation.
