Aussie Broadband Director’s Holdings Update

Aussie Broadband Ltd. (AU:ABB) has released an update.

Aussie Broadband Ltd. director Vicky Papachristos has reported a change in her interests in the company, acquiring 6,817 Ordinary Shares at a value of $2.93 each through the conversion of equivalent FY24 NED Rights. Following the transaction, her total holdings amount to 40,945 Ordinary Shares, while maintaining the same number of 57,605 shares in Vicky Christos Pty Ltd . The change is part of the Non-executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules, and there were no changes in director’s interests in contracts.
