Aussie Broadband Director Bolsters Stake

Aussie Broadband Ltd. (AU:ABB) has released an update.

Aussie Broadband Limited has announced that Director Vicky Papachristos has increased her interest in the company, acquiring 7,424 FY25 NED Rights at a value of $3.516 each, while maintaining her current holdings of 57,605 ordinary shares through Vicky Christos Pty Ltd and 47,762 ordinary shares in her own right. The change, which occurred on 17 September 2024, is part of the Non-executive Director Fee Sacrifice Plan Rules, and no securities were disposed of in the process.
