Aurumin Limited has announced that Director Mr. Daniel Raihani has increased his indirect stake in the company. As of 30 May 2024, Mr. Raihani acquired an additional 7,812,500 ordinary shares at a value of $250,000, following a shareholder-approved placement on 23 May 2024. This transaction has raised his total indirect holdings to 53,812,500 ordinary shares, along with 20 million options.
