Aurora UK Alpha PLC, in collaboration with Phoenix Asset Management Partners Limited, has announced the cancellation of 89,096 shares in accordance with their Investment Management Agreement. This action follows the end of a three-year clawback period related to a performance fee, which is contingent on the company’s outperformance against the FTSE All-Share Index. The cancellation of these shares, already accounted for in the daily NAV calculation, reduces the company’s issued share capital to 114,572,742 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.
