Aurora Cannabis Inc. has announced the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as their new auditor, effective June 25, 2024, following the resignation of the previous auditor, KPMG LLP, on April 17, 2024. The change, approved by the Company’s audit committee, comes after the former auditor provided an unqualified opinion on the financial statements and an adverse opinion on internal financial controls. No reportable events were identified in the transition process.
