Better Home & Finance Holding Company has announced June 4, 2024, as the new date for its annual stockholder meeting, shifting from the previously anticipated May 16, 2024. Stockholders on record by April 8, 2024, are eligible to vote. Due to the date change, deadlines for stockholder proposals and board nominations have also been updated. Proposals must now be submitted by March 1, 2024, and director nominations or other business by March 6, 2024, aligning with the company’s bylaws and SEC regulations.
