Aurinia Pharmaceuticals (AUPH) has shared an announcement.
Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is set to part ways with Executive Vice President of Research and Development, Dr. Volker Knappertz, following a restructuring decision announced on February 15, 2024. Dr. Knappertz is expected to receive a severance package in line with his employment agreement, which includes a year’s salary, accrued vacation, a performance bonus, and continued health benefits, provided he agrees to a general release of claims and waiver.
