Auric Mining Ltd has reported a change in director Mark Anthony English’s interests, as required by the Australian Securities Exchange. The notice detailed that English, through indirect holdings in various entities, acquired 412,500 unquoted options at $0.225 each, expiring on 31 January 2029, under the Employee Incentive Securities Plan. No change occurred in his substantial indirect shareholdings in the company.
