Aura Energy Limited (AU:AEE) has released an update.
Aura Energy Limited has successfully completed the issuance of 772,222 new ordinary shares at A$0.18 each to two company directors, raising A$130,000 before costs, as approved by shareholders. This capital raise was executed without public disclosure under certain conditions of the Corporations Act. Additionally, the company is currently updating its Mineral Resource estimate following recent drilling at the Tiris Uranium Project in Mauritania, with results expected to be announced in the coming quarter.
